Refund policy

Valid for all orders placed via Power-Eco.

1. Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. This right is granted under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of receipt
  • Proof of purchase or the order number is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (opened or used)
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to improper use

4. How to Request a Return

5. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at powereco@inbox.eu with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
